For every weeks over the second, excluding the month of August, 5% discount.
DEPOSIT:
30% upon booking, balance on arrival. The reservation is confirmed only upon receiving the receipt of the deposit, which must be received no later than 10 days from the time of booking.
STAYS:
Arrivals and departures: stays are from Saturday to Saturday, the premises must be vacated by 10.00 and are available after 16.00. No reduction or refunds are to be expected in case of late arrivals or early departures
RATES INCLUDED:
Taxes, electricity, water and gas, linens and daily cleaning, except the kitchenette. At departures, the client must leave the kitchen perfectly clean.
APARTMENTs:
Approximately 45 square meters, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom and large balconies.
